As expected Homi Adajania's Finding Fanny is getting a good response at the box office. According to a report the first day collections of the film are proof of that.
The report mentions that the Friday collections for Finding Fanny came up to be Rs 5.1 crores at the domestic box office. This English language film with a stellar star cast that included actors Pankaj Kapoor, Naseeruddin Shah, Dimple Kapadia, Deepika Padukone and Arjun Kapoor had the audiences waiting for it since the first teaser of the movie was released.
The music of the film was another factor that could have made it to the audiences' hearts. With the critics having given their thumbs up to the movie and other members of the film fraternity including Amitabh Bachchan having praised the film the makers of Finding Fanny would be looking for a positive response at the box office.
Bipasha Basu starrer 'Creature 3D' that also released on the same Friday on the other hand has managed to make Rs 3.24 crores on the first day. 'Creature 3D' is directed by Vikram Bhatt and also stars actor Imran Abbas.
