Joan Rivers left her multi millions dollar fortune to her daughter and her pet dogs.
The veteran comedienne passed away earlier this month a week after she suffered a cardiac arrest during a routine throat procedure at a clinic in New York City. She was mourned at a funeral in the Big Apple on 7 September and now her final wishes for her estate have emerged.
It is reported that Rivers had a fortune estimated at around $150 million and she left the bulk of her estate to her daughter Melissa and her grandson Cooper. She also reportedly left instructions for her dogs to be taken care of. The animals will be handed over to her personal assistant Jocelyn Pickett. A source tells the publication "Those dogs are her family. They meant the world to her and Joan wanted to make sure that if anything happened to her that they would be taken care of."
