LAHORE: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has issued a notice to famous singer Rahat Fateh Ali Khan seeking explanation about his foreign revenues, ARY News reported.
It said that Rahat had concealed his earnings in his income tax forms submitted in 2013. He had also not shown his earnings generated from abroad.
The FBR said that the singer was known to earn millions of rupees from his musical performances abroad in countries across the world. However, Rahat has not disclosed his earnings but also had not evaded income taxes.
