4th Death Anniversary of Fatima Surayya Bajia


Renowned writer and novelist Suriya Bajia passed away 4 years from fans.

Famous Writer Anwar Maqsood’s Hamasha Fatima was born in Hyderabad in the Indian city in 1930 and migrated to Pakistan after partition.

Fatima was a bright star in the literary world whose unparalleled services are unforgettable. Fatima has written numerous plays for radio and television and also showed the essence of acting.

Countless plays, including Erosa, Shimla, Aubigny, Afshan, and Sassi Pines, are famous in Fatima Surya Bajia’s famous plays.

In 1997, Fatima was awarded the Medal of Honor in recognition of her literary services by the Government of Pakistan, and Fatima Kohala was awarded the distinction in 2012.

Not only this, Fatima also won many international awards, including Japan.

The glowing star of the Urdu literature was extinguished on February 10, 2016 after prolonged illness, but its light will remain on for the rest of the world.
