Character actor Eddie Rouse has died aged 60.
Rouse passed away on Sunday at the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles of liver failure his manager Stephen Spacek told.
He had minor roles in American Gangster Pineapple Express and The Number 23 before landing a bigger part in 2008 horror film Pandorum. He enjoyed a string of larger roles in 2012 movies Nature Calls Being Flynn and Dragon Eyes. Rouse recently filmed the pilot for sci fi TV series Westworld an adaptation of the 1973 film about two guests at a futuristic theme park who go on the run after an android becomes deadly.
His manager Spacek adds, “This was the thing he wanted so badly to get in front of an audience to show the world what he was all about.”
