Pakistani showbiz actress Arij Fatyma has revealed that she was diagnosed with cancer and has now recovered.
Sharing a few pictures on social media, she told her fans that life was going well and she was expecting to live a long and healthy life, but suddenly she was diagnosed with a rare and fast-spreading cancer called choriocarcinoma, which can develop after a molar pregnancy.
She said the last four months were extremely difficult for her and her family as she was fighting cancer. She did not want to talk about the illness to anyone because she was afraid people might make fun of her.
Arij said she had two big fears: being answerable to Allah and worrying about what would happen to her family. Talking about cancer awareness, she advised everyone to go for regular medical check-ups. After recovering from this deadly disease, she called it her second life and thanked her family for their support.
It is worth mentioning that Arij Fatyma married Dr. Uzair Ali in 2017 and now has two sons. She lives with her family in the US state of Ohio. After leaving showbiz, Arij is now a digital creator and influencer.
Arij Fatyma left the entertainment industry in 2019 after her successful drama serial Hasad. Her other famous dramas include Ek Pal, Aap Ke Liye, Ishq Parast, and Humnasheen, but she has now completely stepped away from acting.
