Famous comedian, TV host, and actor Adi Adeal Amjad revealed that late actress Humaira Asghar was less accepted by many people in the industry.
Adi Adeal recently appeared on Ahmed Ali Butt’s show, where he openly talked about different topics.
During the program, he praised Faisal Qureshi and admitted that he became an actor only because of him. He said that Faisal Qureshi gave him a chance to work on TV, and without him, he would never have been part of showbiz.
Answering a question, he said there are no true friendships in the entertainment industry because everyone is self-centered. According to him, an actor with 8 million Instagram followers will never be friends with someone who has fewer followers. In showbiz, nobody really belongs to anyone.
Adi Adeal also spoke about the reality show Tamasha Ghar and said it was created so that people who like to abuse could do so there freely. He added that fights and rude behavior are normal in that show, and that is the reason for its popularity.
When asked about his experience of working with the late actress Humaira Asghar, he made some surprising statements.
The comedian said that he always saw Humaira Asghar fighting for herself because she was not liked or accepted much in the shows. He compared her to a student in a class who is always fighting for their rights.
He further revealed that he noticed most people in the entertainment industry did not accept Humaira Asghar. However, he did not mention the name of any actor who disliked or refused to accept her.
It is important to note that Humaira Asghar’s body was found on July 8 last month in a rented flat in Karachi. According to police investigation and the post-mortem report, the body was almost 10 months old, and her accidental or natural death most likely occurred in the first week of October 2024.
