A recent dispute between actresses Alizeh Shah and Minsa has turned into a legal matter. Alizeh Shah has sent a legal notice to Momina Maqsood, also known as Minsa Malik, through Barrister Ali Tahir, demanding one billion rupees in damages.
In the notice, Minsa is asked to publicly apologize to Alizeh Shah within one week and remove all negative content about her from social media.
The notice warns that if she does not do this, action can also be taken through the FIA (Federal Investigation Agency).
The legal notice states that Momina Maqsood used insulting and damaging language against Alizeh Shah and even admitted this on her social media account.
It also claims that Minsa tried to ruin Alizeh Shah’s reputation by sharing fake videos.
Alizeh plans to file a defamation claim worth one billion rupees against Minsa, and action through the FIA will also be taken if necessary.
What is the fight between Alizeh and Minsa?
In the past, Alizeh Shah and Minsa Malik had a fight on a drama set. It is said that Minsa pushed and slapped Alizeh.
In return, Alizeh threw her slipper at Minsa, but it did not hit her.
This issue became serious again recently when Alizeh Shah claimed she was receiving death threats from unknown numbers.
She said that Minsa Malik is behind these threats because Minsa had already threatened to kill her.
