India’s most popular reality show Bigg Boss is now moving towards its 19th season after the success of the last 18 seasons. News about the new contestants keeps coming out.
This season is expected to begin on 30th August and it is said that this will be the longest season ever, lasting around five months. Earlier, there were also rumors that the show might be cancelled or moved to another channel because of issues between the production house and the current channel. But now, everything is fine and preparations for the show are going on with full energy.
Many popular names from Bollywood and TV have been approached to join this season. Not only that, but a robot-doll from the UAE named Habubo might also join Bigg Boss as a contestant.
There is also news that another actress from the drama serial Sasural Simar Ka may join the show.
That actress is Meera Deosthale, who has also worked in shows like Gur Se Meetha Ishq and Kuch Reet Jagat Ki Aisi Hai. She has even won a Gold Award for her performance.
If this news turns out to be true, Meera will become the second actress from Sasural Simar Ka to join Bigg Boss after Dipika.
While fans were still guessing about this news, Meera Deosthale herself has now responded to the rumors about joining Bigg Boss.
In a special talk with Indian media, Meera Deosthale clearly denied that she is joining Bigg Boss 19. She said that she has not had any discussions or made any agreements with the show.
Earlier, there were also false rumors about actor Ram Kapoor joining the show, which turned out to be untrue.
As for the host of this season, it is being said that Salman Khan will host the show for only the first three months and then return directly for the finale. During the months in between, hosts like Anil Kapoor, Karan Johar, or Farah Khan might take over, but nothing has been officially confirmed yet.
It is also revealed that the format of Bigg Boss 19 will be a mix of digital and television. This means that the episodes will first be released on JioCinema and then shown on Colors TV about 90 minutes later.
Some of the possible contestants for Bigg Boss 19 include actors Gautami Kapoor, Dheeraj Dhoopar, Aalisha Panwar, Khushi Dubey, and Gaurav Khanna, along with social media influencers like Gaurav Taneja (Flying Beast), Mr. Faisu, Apoorva Makhija, and Purav Jha.
