Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma and her husband, Indian cricket team star batsman Virat Kohli, have purchased another large property in Alibaug near Mumbai, worth Rs 37.86 crore.
The land purchase comes a few months after they moved to London. The plot is spread over 5.19 acres and a stamp duty of Rs 2.27 crore was paid towards its purchase.
According to documents obtained by real estate consultancy firm CRE Matrix, the transaction was registered on January 13, 2026.
The couple’s latest purchase has further cemented Alibaug’s reputation as a popular real estate destination, especially for celebrities.
Several big names in Bollywood, including Kartik Aaryan, Amitabh Bachchan and Suhana Khan, are known to own properties or plots in the area.
