In the case of promoting a betting app on social media the court has summoned YouTuber Ducky Bhai’s wife Aroob Jatoi while the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency NCCIA has submitted a charge sheet against Ducky Bhai in court
Ducky Bhai whose real name is Saad ur Rehman has been in NCCIA custody since August 20 His wife Aroob Jatoi is out on pre arrest bail but now the court has ordered her to appear at the start of November
According to Samaa TV Aroob Jatoi has been summoned by the judicial magistrate in Lahore and NCCIA has also issued notices to other suspects
The case was heard by the judicial magistrate who postponed the hearing until November 3 2025 and called Aroob Jatoi to appear for the next proceedings
Last week NCCIA submitted a charge sheet in the district court against Ducky Bhai and others naming Ducky Bhai his wife Aroob Jatoi and their manager Subhan as the main accused
The report also mentioned that the husband of YouTuber Iqra Kanwal was declared an absconder in the same case
According to the charge sheet Ducky Bhai admitted during physical remand that he was involved in promoting online betting NCCIA said their investigation found that he earned millions of rupees from this activity and two of his bank accounts contained 210 million rupees
The report also stated that Aroob Jatoi took part in the betting promotion activities
According to legal experts quoted by a news website the NCCIA charge sheet includes serious charges which could lead to imprisonment and a fine If proven guilty Ducky Bhai could face up to seven years in jail and a fine of up to ten million rupees
