Arshad Nadeem begins training with javelin in England

Olympic gold medalist Arshad Nadeem has started training with the javelin in England. The national athlete is now focusing on the upcoming World Athletics Championship.

According to details, after missing the World Athletics Silver Tour and Diamond League, Arshad Nadeem, who is known as the hero of the Paris Olympics, has resumed javelin throwing in England.

After getting treatment for his leg muscles, Arshad first started light weight training. Then, step by step, he began running and exercising on the ground.

Arshad said that he had a minor leg surgery in Cambridge and is now feeling much better. His physiotherapist is also satisfied with his recovery.

He is confident and determined to perform well in the World Athletics Championship.

He said that the World Athletics Championship is in September and he is preparing for it. He hopes to give a good performance there. His fitness is going well, his rehab is complete, and he has started throwing the javelin again.

He also requested everyone to pray for him so he can perform well in the championship.

The World Athletics Championship will begin on September 13 in Tokyo, Japan. In the previous championship, Arshad Nadeem won a silver medal.
