Court gives major verdict in TikToker Sana Yousaf’s murder case

A major decision has come from the court in the murder case of TikToker Sana Yousaf.

The hearing on the matter of the rented car used by the accused in Sana Yousaf’s murder was held in the District and Sessions Court of Islamabad. The court rejected the request to release the car.

The car owner had submitted a request in court asking to get the car back. He claimed that he and the car had no link to the crime. He also said that he is neither named nor wanted in the case.

Police told the court that the accused, Umar Hayat, had used the car before and after the crime. Police said they found the car based on the accused’s statement.

According to police, the car owner did not provide the rental agreement or CCTV footage. The police said they still need statements from the car owner and the driver for the case.

After hearing both sides, the court rejected the request to release the car.
