Ducky Bhai’s family accused of paying millions in bribes

A case has been filed by YouTuber Ducky Bhai’s wife, Aroob Jatoi. She accused government officers of taking big bribes.

Reports say several officers from the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) took money and misused their power.

The case claims the officers received 9 million rupees from Ducky Bhai’s family as a bribe.

The investigation officer took 6 million rupees to give relief to Ducky Bhai. His front man collected the money from the YouTuber’s friend Usman. Later, the officer demanded another 3 million for a judicial remand.

Documents show he kept 2 million rupees for himself, gave 0.5 million to the additional director, and kept 5 million with a car showroom owner.

Nine officers were booked in the case. Six of them went missing for several days.

Lawyers of the arrested officers said their clients were kept in illegal custody. Families were not allowed to meet them, and no FIR copies were given.

The petition said the officers were not presented in court within 24 hours, which breaks the law. The court was asked to order FIA officials to present them.

Sources say officer Chaudhry Sarfraz was removed from his post last month due to controversies. He later took six months’ leave.

His name was linked to cases against YouTubers and influencers, including Ducky Bhai and Rajab Butt, over online trading and gambling apps.

Officials believe the missing officers’ case is linked to these ongoing investigations.

The Islamabad High Court has ordered police to find missing deputy director Muhammad Usman within a week after his wife said he was kidnapped. Later, she also went missing, and the court asked for a new report.
