Famous YouTuber Saad-ur-Rehman, alias Ducky Bhai, has been released from Camp Jail. Ducky Bhai was sent in a car from the back gate of the jail. The arrest warrant was issued by the court today.
Judicial Magistrate Naeem Bhutto, while issuing the release order, had directed that Ducky Bhai should be released immediately if he is not wanted or involved in any other case. The court also sent a formal arrest warrant to the Superintendent of Camp Jail in this regard.
It should be noted that the Lahore High Court had last Monday granted bail to YouTuber Saad-ur-Rehman alias Ducky Bhai in a case related to the promotion of gambling applications against a bond of Rs 1 million.
During the hearing, Justice Shahram Sarwar remarked that, according to the Supreme Court’s decision, it is unusual not to have bail in such cases.
A case has been registered against Dikki Bhai in the NCIA for promoting online gambling.
