Pakistani actress Asma Abbas has shared her struggle against cancer. In a recent interview, she spoke about the painful experience and said it was a very difficult time, but her daughter Zara Noor Abbas gave her strength.
She explained that her weight started to drop suddenly. At first, she was happy that it was reducing on its own, but with other unusual changes, she came to know that she had cancer.
Asma Abbas said her cancer was diagnosed on time, and she immediately started treatment. Because of this, she also had to leave two projects.
She chose to get her treatment in Pakistan, even though people advised her to go to the US and her brother also called her there. She remembered her father’s words that when the angel of death comes, it can come anywhere.
Asma Abbas said she successfully defeated cancer and is thankful to God. She added that she still suffers from other illnesses like diabetes but is living a healthy life and can even be seen dancing in Punjabi shows.
