Playwright Khalilur Rehman Qamar, through his lawyer Mudassar Chaudhry, filed a petition to register a case against accused Hassan Shah.
Additional Sessions Judge Muhammad Kashif, while hearing the case, sought a report from the police on a future date and adjourned the proceedings till December 16.
The petition stated that Hassan Shah was granted bail in the NCCIA case, but he submitted fake bail bonds in the court.
Khalilur Rehman Qamar said that he filed a petition against the accused at the Islampura police station but the police did not register a case.
The petitioner requested the court to order an immediate registration of a case against the accused. The accused is accused of making an inappropriate video of Khalilur Rehman Qamar and making it viral on social media.
