Indian actor Kartik Aaryan has revealed the secret behind his fitness, saying that he follows a completely plant-based diet instead of eating meat.
In a recent podcast, the 34-year-old actor spoke in detail about his healthy lifestyle. Kartik said that his fitness does not depend on expensive or complicated diets but on eating simple food regularly and maintaining discipline in daily life.
He added that he believes in getting nutrients from natural sources. According to him, he built his body on a vegetarian diet by eating paneer, sprouts, and plant-based protein, and ending his day with a bowl of soup before sleeping.
Kartik further revealed that for the past six months, he has been drinking the same tomato soup every night, which has now become a habit. He said it has turned into a robotic routine, as he hasn’t changed it in half a year.
The actor also shared that his clean and balanced diet includes lentils, tofu, paneer, and sprouts, which help him stay energetic and fit.
