Famous fashion designer Maria B has shared a video of what she called an inappropriate dance party of transgenders, claiming that it was held in Lahore, the capital of Punjab.
Maria B has openly spoken in the past against the growing trend of transgenders and homosexuality. She has said that transgenders are originally born as men or women but later change their gender through surgery, and such people promote homosexuality in the country.
In a short video shared on Instagram, Maria B claimed that in August, a transgender dance party was held in Lahore where satanic symbols and signs were also promoted.
According to her, some young people and teenagers sent her the videos. They had attended the party without knowing that such things would happen there.
She suggested that the party might have taken place at filmmaker Sarmad Khoosat’s place and also pointed out that a film based on the story of transgenders, Joyland, will soon be screened in Pakistan.
Maria B further said that obscene performances took place on stage during the party and satanic symbols were displayed as well. She questioned the Punjab government, police, federal government, and other institutions about what action they are taking on this issue.
At the start of her video, she advised children and teenagers not to watch it. During her recording, she also played a clip of the alleged party in Lahore in a small window.
After her video went viral, social media users commented and demanded strict legal action from the Punjab government, police, and federal authorities against those who organized the party.
