Model and TV host Mathira, known for her bold style and outspokenness, has once again become the center of attention on social media, where she faced criticism after a video of her ramp walk at a recent fashion show went viral.
Several users objected to her walk and body shape on the viral video. Some said that Mathira used to look more attractive before and now she has gained weight.
One user sarcastically wrote that she should walk better than this, while some made derogatory comments and called her “like an employee”.
In response to the continuous negative comments, Mathira took to social media to express her regret that people were unnecessarily saying wrong things about her while she was just trying to be happy by focusing on her health.
She said that she was invited as a model in the show, she did not do anything inappropriate but some sick-minded social media pages are making negative comments against her.
Mathira said that she has undergone knee surgery and her thyroid condition has also been quite bad but despite this, people show such behavior which is regrettable.
She said that I am living my life for myself. I can proudly say that I am a ‘big’ girl living in a small-minded society.
