Pakistani actor, director, and producer Nabeel Zafar has expressed serious concern over the rising inflation and unbearable electricity bills in the country.
While speaking on a private TV show, Nabeel said that electricity bills are now so high that looking at them could give someone a heart attack.
He shared that now, whenever he sees extra lights or a fan running in his house, he immediately tells people to turn them off because he is very worried about the electricity bills. In a funny way, he said that he now feels like the spirit of his father has entered him, because his father used to say the same thing: the bill will be too high.
Nabeel also said that due to the high cost of living, he has installed a solar system in his house. However, when there are clouds in Karachi, the solar system does not work properly.
Talking about the recent cloudy weather in Karachi, Nabeel jokingly said that he silently talks to the clouds and says either start raining or leave the city so the solar can work.
