Naseem Vicky reveals bitter truth about vulgar dances in stage dramas

Senior Pakistani actor Naseem Vicky has revealed the painful reality of artists working in stage dramas. In a podcast, he shared his 30 years of experience and talked about the hidden struggles behind the lives of stage dancers.

Naseem Vicky said that people only see the vulgarity on stage but do not understand the hardships and problems of these performers. Most stage dancers and young men working in these dramas come from very poor and struggling families.

He explained that many of them are forced to do this work to support sick parents, family members with diseases like cancer, or large families who depend on them. He asked why a girl would dance on stage in such a way unless she had a serious reason behind it.

The actor made it clear that he does not support vulgarity, but he believes that extreme poverty and helplessness push artists toward such work.

Naseem Vicky also shared that his wife was once a stage artist, but after marriage, he asked her to leave that profession.

He added that he has never introduced any new female artist to the stage because he knows how difficult and unsafe this field can be for women. He said that he always tries to guide women toward better and more respectful professions.
