Nida Yasir gets emotional, says she cried daily listening to her late mother’s voice notes

Host and actress Nida Yasir became emotional during her morning show while talking about her mother’s death. In a recent episode, she spoke about losing close friends and family members. Guests included Mohsin Abbas Haider, Maimoona Qudoos, and Zainab Raza.

Nida shared that her mother passed away during the COVID days while she was in the Maldives. After returning home, she often listened to her mother’s old voice notes and cried.

She said she used to cry every day while listening to those voice notes. Because of her sadness, she started talking harshly to her husband and children without realizing it. Then one day, she spoke to herself and decided not to listen to her mother’s voice anymore.

Nida Yasir added that she still has those voice notes, but she no longer has the courage to listen to them again.
