Ashfaque Ishaq Satti is a news anchor for ARY News, where he hosts special broadcasts and the morning show Bakhabar Savera. Asfaque Satti found himself in hot water after his second wife, Nomaika Satti, accused him of domestic violence. She was seriously battered, as evidenced by a medico-legal certificate, and lawyer Jibran Nasir will represent her. Ashfaque Satti has also received pre-arrest bail and is currently with his third wife Zara Ansari.
Ashfaque Satti also produced a video statement yesterday, in which he called for the media trial to be halted and said that he is being represented like a beast. He did not address the claims of assaulting his wife but accused Rabia Anum of inciting others against him.
