Saheefa Jabbar also fears meeting a tragic end like Humaira Asghar

Pakistani actress Saqeefa Jabbar recently shared her deep sorrow over the tragic death of actress Humaira Asghar. She also revealed that ten years ago, she used to fear that she might also die the same way — alone, quietly, and forgotten.

Saqeefa, known for her innocent looks, started her acting career in 2018 with the drama Teri Meri Kahani. She later appeared in Beti and other popular dramas like Bhool, Log Kya Kahenge, and Chhoti Chhoti Baatein.

Along with acting, Saqeefa is active on social media where she often shares meaningful thoughts. She has also arranged sessions about mental health, dealing with negativity, and avoiding depression, which have been praised by many.

Recently, she posted on Instagram about the heartbreaking death of Humaira Asghar. In that emotional post, she made a surprising and painful confession.

She wrote that ten years ago, her biggest fear was dying like Humaira — a quiet, lonely death, where no one remembers you. She added that after seeing Humaira’s story, she feels afraid of losing herself again, like a part of her is still missing somewhere inside.

Saqeefa expressed her feelings in the form of a poem. She wrote that she woke up with a heavy feeling and a thought stole her sleep: what if she also dies in October, and her body is found months later, lying there through the seasons — as the world keeps moving on.

She imagined the sun rising and setting, flowers blooming, rain falling over Karachi, and the air passing through her hair, but no one coming to check, no voice calling her name, no hand to hold her. Just complete silence.

She said that Humaira was not buried with respect — she was just left behind, as if the world had closed its eyes. Seasons came and went, but no one even touched her.

Reflecting on the nine months that passed before Humaira’s body was found, Saqeefa wrote that she does not know what hurt more — Humaira’s death or the pain of being completely ignored. But she feels sorry that the world left her like that.

In the end, Saqeefa wrote with a heavy heart that this showbiz industry, which claims to shine, barely noticed when she herself stopped posting and disappeared. Only a few people cared enough to ask where she had gone.

Actress Saheefa Jabbar shared a heartfelt message while talking about pain and sorrow. She said that she is not sharing this to steal someone’s light or to make someone else’s pain her own. She only wants to say that she has also passed through a time when silence used to stare into her eyes.

According to her, the world forgets you even before you die. You are neither someone’s truth nor someone’s need. People will cry for a few days, then turn their faces away. They will call your pain a drama and move on.

She said that when she asked for help, she felt ashamed. People told her that she was using pain as an excuse to get work. Some called her weak, others said she just wanted attention. Some even left her, saying she belonged to the past. But she survived, maybe by luck or maybe due to some mercy. She is still alive in this cruel world.

While remembering her sad days, she wrote that she knows how empty the sound of silence feels, and how not every look brings comfort. She said that until we meet again somewhere, she will carry your name with her, talk to the sky, and hope that this world learns to cry. Maybe by the time she reaches the other side, the world down here will have changed a little.
