Singer Nora Fatehi breaks silence after apologizing for her song Sarke Chanar Teri

The female singer has apologised for the controversy surrounding the song ‘Sarke Chanar Teri’ from the Bollywood film The Devil KD, while dancer Nora Fatehi has distanced herself from the matter.

Singer Mangli has apologised for the public backlash over the song and has announced the release of a new edited version.

34-year-old Nora Fatehi has broken her silence on the song controversy, saying in a clarification statement that she was only a part of the Kannada version, I am not even aware of its Hindi version. In a statement released on the social networking website, the female dancer further said that I neither performed for the Hindi version nor did I allow my image to be used.

She also said in the caption that I do not want anyone to think that I am in favor of this thing, I am grateful for the criticism, due to which the filmmakers have removed the song.

Nora Fatehi appealed to fans not to share the song any more, some are using the issue for character assassination, which is a regrettable move, I and my team will be more careful in such matters in the future.

The controversial and allegedly obscene lyrics of the song have come under severe criticism, after which it has been removed, on the other hand, the Ministry of Information has assured the Parliament about the ban on the song.
