Writer Syed Nabeel has responded to Shamoon Abbasi’s claim about the drama Jinn Ki Shadi Un Ki Shadi. The drama is airing on Hum TV. It is a horror comedy and has become very popular because of its unique story. The success of the drama lies in its interesting plot and the great performances of the actors.
Earlier Shamoon Abbasi claimed in a Facebook post that the idea and title of Jinn Ki Shadi Un Ki Shadi were originally created by him. He said that he shared the story with Syed Nabeel who later wrote the script. Shamoon also said that he wanted to direct the drama himself but the opportunity was later given to Saife Hassan.
Actor Syed Jibran talked to the writer Syed Nabeel on his YouTube channel about Shamoon Abbasi’s claim and the popularity of the drama.
Syed Nabeel confirmed that Shamoon Abbasi’s claim is true because the idea was his. However he explained that writing a script is a different process that includes creating characters writing dialogues and building a complete story which only a skilled writer can do.
He added that Shamoon Abbasi wanted to direct the drama but due to some internal matters that did not happen and the direction was given to Saife Hassan who did an excellent job.
According to Syed Nabeel there is no conflict in the story and any controversy is created by people themselves. He said that everyone gets the credit they deserve.
He also said that the success of a drama cannot be predicted before it airs. The success of Jinn Ki Shadi Un Ki Shadi belongs to everyone. Shamoon Abbasi gave the idea he wrote the script Saife Hassan directed it and the actors performed very well which made it a successful drama.
