The fascination of Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan persists today, a living example of which has come to light.
According to a report by Khaleej Times, a commercial tower under construction in Dubai named after Shah Rukh Khan, worth 2.1 billion dirhams, was sold on the day of its launch. In Pakistani rupees, this price is more than 160 billion 287.2 million.
This plaza was developed by Danube Properties and was the first building in the world named after Shah Rukh Khan, whose experience was very successful.
According to the report, the price of each flat in this project, built on 10 million square feet, has been set at 2 million dirhams, while it has 488 apartments and a 55-storey building.
This building has been established on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, and its construction will be completed in 2029.
The building was attracting attention due to its luxurious construction, excellent location, and facilities; however, after Shah Rukh Khan’s name was associated with it, the commercial tower gained more importance.
Shah Rukh Khan himself expressed his surprise at such a great success and said, “It is a matter of pride to have my name associated with the project and to have the trust of people. Dubai has never disappointed me. It is a city of imagination where nothing is impossible.”
