Uorfi Javed makes shocking revelation about struggling with body dysmorphia

Famous Indian actress, model, and social media influencer Uorfi Javed, who is always in the news for her bold and unique fashion style, recently shared a painful experience from her past that caught everyone’s attention.

Uorfi Javed was born on October 15, 1997, in Lucknow, India. She started her career with TV dramas and appeared in shows like Bade Bhaiya Ki Dulhania, Meri Durga, and Yeh Hai Mohabbatein. However, she became truly famous after joining the reality show Bigg Boss.

She stays very active on social media and often makes headlines because of her unusual fashion choices.

Lately, Uorfi Javed has been in the spotlight due to cosmetic surgery. She recently removed her lip fillers, which at first made her face look worse, but after a few days, fans saw her looking even more beautiful than before.

In a recent interview, Uorfi shocked her fans by revealing that she had once suffered from body dysmorphia.

While speaking on Anshula Kapoor’s YouTube show Bank With Uorfi, she shared that she had lost her real identity in the flashy world of social media.

Talking about her difficult time, Uorfi said that she developed body dysmorphia. She started starving herself and stopped eating properly because she was obsessed with being thin.

She explained that to stay slim, she used to eat only three or four pieces of chicken in a day. She did not work out properly, just kept running, and eventually, her mental health started to suffer.

Uorfi said that at that time, she was mentally completely broken. She was always irritated and angry. If someone talked to her, she would instantly react with anger, asking why they were speaking to her. But now, she said she is living a healthy life.

She shared that she now goes to the gym, does weight lifting, and eats nutritious food. She no longer worries about being skinny and has accepted her body as it is.
