After actress Alizeh Shah exposed the behavior of some senior actors, popular Pakistani actress Urwa Hocane also came forward in her support.
Recently, Alizeh Shah shared several videos on her Instagram where she revealed that some senior actors had not only treated her poorly but were also disrespectful towards her mother. She explained that due to her young age, she used to bring her mother along to shoots. However, senior actors would ask her mother to wait outside the air-conditioned room.
Alizeh also claimed that her fall during a bridal fashion show wasn’t an accident. According to her, singer Shazia Manzoor repeatedly held and pushed her, causing her to lose balance. She said this kind of behavior was a regular habit of Shazia and that she had also done something similar to social media star Jannat Mirza.
She further explained that such behavior can be very humiliating, especially in public. In a new video on Instagram, Alizeh said the real problem wasn’t that the video went viral, but that Shazia Manzoor kept using it for attention. She claimed Shazia made more similar videos within a month, purposely making people fall just to get viral footage and ruin her image. Alizeh added, “If that wasn’t planned, then what was it? These are our seniors.”
She continued, “These seniors who talk about respecting elders are the ones doing this. And I’ll be exposing more of them soon — none of them are innocent.”
Alizeh also said, “The only issue is that I don’t come from a strong background. My father isn’t a major, he’s a retired civilian, and my mother is a housewife.”
She questioned why there was so much hate specifically against her, adding, “If it’s about my clothes, then other girls in the industry wear the same. Or is it just because I fell on stage and people made fun of me, so now my image is ruined?”
Alizeh said, “People have created all these false stories about me being rude — that’s the reason my image is damaged.”
Urwa supports Alizeh
After Alizeh Shah shared her experiences and allegations, Urwa Hocane supported her through a post. In her Instagram story, Urwa praised Alizeh’s bravery and encouraged her to stay strong. She also advised her not to give importance to so-called seniors and reminded her that no one can harm her if she stays confident and firm.
The actress addressed Alizeh Shah in her Instagram story and said that she truly understands her, feels her emotions, and believes she is brave — and should continue to be brave.
She advised Alizeh not to pay attention to those so-called seniors whose egos are so fragile that they get upset easily.
Urwa Hocane added that Alizeh’s honesty will always bother corrupt people, but she shouldn’t worry because destiny returns everything in its own way. She told her to stay strong and steady, sent lots of love, and encouraged her to stay strong and shine bright.
