These pictures and videos quickly spread online, and both fans and showbiz celebrities started congratulating her. This made Urwa feel the need to explain the situation.
She shared a screenshot of the viral post on her Instagram story and clearly said she is not pregnant again.
She thanked fans and celebrities for their kind messages and prayers but said the news was not true.
Urwa explained that her new photos and videos were edited very skillfully, and even the camera angles made it look like she had a baby bump.
She added that she enjoyed seeing the pregnancy rumors and the congratulatory messages, and her family and close relatives also found the situation amusing.
For reference, Urwa gave birth to her first child in January 2024. She married Farhan Saeed in December 2016, and for a few years, there were also rumors of problems in their relationship.
