Rapper and music producer Yo Yo Honey Singh paid an emotional tribute to the legendary composer AR Rahman by getting his name tattooed on his body.
Honey Singh shared a video on his Instagram where he is getting the tattoo.
He called AR Rahman a living legend and showed deep respect for his valuable contribution to Indian music.
In the video, 42-year-old rapper Honey Singh is seen getting a tattoo on his back while singing AR Rahman’s famous song Tu Hi Re.
He got AR Rahman’s name tattooed on his right shoulder blade. During this moment, he said that this tattoo is his love for AR Rahman, and added that he loves him specially, became a musician because of him, and will always love him.
While sharing the video, Honey Singh wrote that this was his third tattoo in one night, dedicated to his dear sir AR Rahman. He also wrote that he loves him and thanked him for everything.
Honey Singh has shown his respect for AR Rahman in the past as well. He once said that he wishes to work with him on a project in the future.
His dream is to create a song with AR Rahman that could win a Grammy Award.
Recently, Honey Singh released his new music video Teri Yaadein, featuring actress Nargis Fakhri and international artist Rini.
The song is part of his album Glory, which also marks his return as a music producer. The album includes songs in 10 different languages.
