Indian actress and politician Kangana Ranaut has said that she separated herself from the world of Bollywood to better understand real life and common people’s problems.
In an interview given during the promotional campaign of her new film, Kangana Ranaut said that people associated with the film industry often live in a limited circle, due to which they are removed from the ground realities and common life experiences. According to him, for this reason, it is necessary for an artist to get out of this circle from time to time and understand the real world.
He said that when he started working on the role of his new film, he strongly felt that in order to play the role better, he needed to distance himself from the film environment and spend time among the common people. He said that after coming into politics in the last few years, he got the opportunity to meet people from different classes and see their lives closely, which broadened his thinking.
Kangana Ranaut said that if an artiste does not stick to the truth, he cannot play any character with complete truth and honesty, no matter how talented he thinks he is. He further said that although he belongs to a middle-class family, after becoming a part of the showbiz industry at a young age, he felt the need to experience common life again years later.
According to the actress, she has specially prepared for this character so that she can bring herself closer to the psychology and life of the character.
It should be noted that Kangana Ranaut’s new film ‘Bharat Bhagya Vadhata’ will be released worldwide on June 12.
