Why Saima Qureshi got divorced – full reason revealed

Senior actress Saima Qureshi has said that the biggest heartbreak of her life was the end of her marriage, though the death of her father had also deeply affected her, leaving her alone.

Saima Qureshi recently appeared on Samaa TV’s morning show, where she spoke openly about various aspects of her life.

She revealed that she was an only child and that her father passed away when she was very young, leaving her to grow up alone. She said the loss of her father was immense, and not having a sister or brother made her feel a void, which she still feels deeply today.

Answering a question, she shared that she first experienced love in the eighth grade, at a time when she didn’t even know how to write “I love you” in English.

According to Saima, love at first sight is real, but she has never experienced it herself. However, in eighth grade, she liked a boy her age and felt comforted just by seeing him.

The actress said that after her marriage ended, she raised her children alone. When her elder son fell in love with a girl, she advised him that he should marry her at his own expense. Her son understood her advice and calmed down, as earlier he had been very excited and careless.

When asked about her divorce, Saima Qureshi called it the greatest sorrow and heartbreak of her life. She said that when her marriage ended in divorce, it felt as if her world had ended and everything was over for her.

She added that her heart was badly broken and she went through a period of intense grief, without a sister or brother to comfort her.

Saima advised that women who have experienced heartbreak or divorce should talk to close friends and keep themselves busy, as this helps in healing and finding relief.
