Anwar Maqsood criticizes Pakistani cricketers

Anwar Maqsood, the most famous comedian, poet, writer, TV host and artist of Pakistan showbiz industry. While answering the questions asked by his fans, has criticized him for the poor performance of Pakistani cricketers.

Strings band member and renowned composer and singer Bilal once again held a question. Answer session with his father and Pakistan’s most famous comedian, poet, writer, TV host and artist Anwar. Answered 10 questions from his fans.

Bilal Maqsood posted the video of the round 2 of the Q&A session on the social networking website Instagram.

Initiating Round 2 of Question and Answer. Bilal Maqsood asked Anwar about the national cricket team’s tour of England and how their players would perform.

In response to this question, Anwar criticized the performance of national cricketers, saying, “Our players are playing cricket at home during the lockdown and I am surprised to see their batting.”

“It’s the first time I’ve seen our players bat so well,” said Anwar.

“I say the PCB should talk to English cricketers to keep them at home instead of at the match ground because our national cricketers play very well at home,” he said.

Anwar Maqsood said, “No one can beat our players the way they play at home. They will be shocked by their performances.”

In response to Bilal Maqsood’s second question, Anwar Maqsood sarcastically criticized Pervez Khattak.

The singer asked his father a third question that now that summer has come and the duration of load shedding will increase with it, what would you like to say about it?

Answering this question interestingly, Anwar Maqsood said, “Where there is a loss, there is also gain. As soon as the power goes out, I sit in front of the television and then watch my favourite program.”

After that Bilal Maqsood asked his father rapid-fire questions which have to be answered in just one word.

Bilal Maqsood asked Ghulam Ali or Mehdi Hassan? Anwar Maqsood said, “Mehdi Hassan.”

The singer asked, “Shaggy or universal?” To this question, Anwar Maqsood said that the answer is difficult.

After this, when Bilal Maqsood started asking about Queen Tarun Noor Jahan, Anwar Maqsood said, “Noor Jahan cannot be compared with anyone.”

The singer asked the fifth question: What would have happened if Bangladesh had not separated from Pakistan?

To this question, Anwar Maqsood said, “Abida Parveen would have sung Bengali songs and Malik Riaz would have formed the Bengal Navy.”

Anwar Maqsood asked when will Pakistan develop? To which his father said, “Put the name of Pakistan as Germany and it will reach the developed countries in 2 seconds.”

The singer asked, “Who inspired you in writing?” On which Anwar Maqsood said that ‘Peter Bukhari’ while ‘I am inspired by Shakir Ali Sahib in painting.’

When Anwar asked about entering politics, Anwar Maqsood said, “There was a time when I wanted to rebuild Quaid-e-Azam’s Muslim League, but seeing the situation, I got the idea out of my heart.”

Bilal Maqsood asked, “Have you ever regretted anything?” Anwar said that he had sold the paintings of his fellow artists due to lack of financial resources, which is still a shame.

In response to the last question, Anwar said, “I have been thinking of making a film for many years and now I am thinking of making a film on Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.”

It may be recalled that even before this, Bilal Maqsood had a 10 question and answer session with Anwar.
