Bieber slams fans after new ‘girlfriend’ is trolled

LOS ANGELES-Justin Bieber has hit out at his fans who have been trolling his new rumoured girlfriend, Sofia Richie, on social media.

The Sorry hitmaker shared several black and white snaps of him with Richie, daughter of legendary crooner Lionel Richie, on Instagram on Saturday (13Aug16), showing the pair goofing around for the camera.

However, some of his more devoted fans took to trolling the 17-year-old with nasty comments about her appearance.
One angry fan wrote, “I won’t be celebrating all your dump actions.

Bieber fired back at his fans later on Saturday, and threatened to make his Instagram account private.
He captioned a shot of him with his new love, “I’m gonna make my Instagram private if you guys don’t stop the hate this is getting out of hand, if you guys are really fans you wouldn’t be so mean to people that I like.

The social media rant has not gone down well with his fans, and the hashtag #RIPBeliebers was trending on Twitter within hours.
Fans of the Canadian singer call themselves Beliebers, and many have criticised the star for his behaviour.

“How Justin treats his fans,” one user captioned a shot of rubbish being thrown into a trash can.
“Remember who were actually there for you (sic),” wrote another.
The inseparable new couple were recently spotted at Van Nuys airport in Los Angeles on Wednesday and the old friends were pictured holding hands while climbing over rocks in Laguna Beach earlier this month.

Bieber has disappointed his fans in recent months, cancelling meet and greet events before concerts, and then banning people from taking photographs with him while out in public.

Richie, who is the half sister of Nicole Richie, recently shared a photo on Instagram of the new couple in Japan.

Due to the trolling she has encountered because of her new beau, the model has blocked followers from commenting on her photos.
