Leading Bollywood choreographer Saroj Khan died of a heart attack at a local hospital in Mumbai this morning.

According to Indian media reports, all the major Bollywood actors and choreographers have expressed deep sorrow over the death of Saroj Khan and termed it as an irreparable loss to the Indian film industry.

Famous actress and dancer Madhuri Dixit has shared a photo of herself and Saroj Khan on the photo and video sharing app Instagram and at the same time she wrote in the caption that today I am in deep shock, I have no words to express my grief. For Sarojji has been with me since I stepped foot in Bollywood.

Madhuri wrote that she has taught me a lot not only about dance but about everything, I have a rush of memories in my mind at the moment.

The actress added that she has deep condolences to her family.

Actress Kareena Kapoor has also posted a photo on her Instagram in which she and Saroj Khan are seen dancing. In the caption, she wrote, Open your mouth ‘

Expressing grief, Shilpa Shetty has offered condolences to Saroj Khan’s family.

According to Indian media reports, Saroj Khan’s real name was Nirmala Nagpal. She was born in 1948 in Mumbai. He started working in films as a child artist when he was just three years old and also appeared as a background dancer in his teens.

As a dance director, she ruled the Bollywood film Nigri for almost 40 years and even earned the title of “Mother of Dance” (Mother of Choreography) in India.

However, she soon pursued a career in dance directing and choreography and choreographed / choreographed more than 2,000 Bollywood and Tamil films, which is a record in itself.

His choreographed films will take Hero, Mr. India, Acid, Moonlight, Flood, Fear, Mirror, Baazigar, Mehra, Bride with Heart, We have given Sanam, Tal, Lagan, Devdas, Mangal Pandey, Fana. , Super hit movies like Jab We Met, Delhi 6, ABCD and Gulab Gang.

Apart from Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan, he also choreographed big names like Madhuri Dixit and Sri Devi.

According to media reports, she had been suffering from heart ailments for the past several months and was admitted to a local hospital in Mumbai. His corona test was negative. Saroj Khan’s nephew Manish Jagwani told NMedia that he died of a sudden cardiac arrest on the morning of July 3, 2020.
