Lahore: A user on Instagram commented on Meera’s post and challenged her to translate it into English.
Irtiza Rubab is born in 12 May 1977. Known by her stage name Meera, is a Pakistani film actress and television presenter. She appear in Urdu, Punjabi and Hindi movies.
About her Career
Meera did her first movie in India, named “Nazar”. Nazar was a film directed by Soni Razdan. It was the first Indo-Pakistani joint movie venture in 50 years.
Her second movie was “Kasak” starring Lucky Ali. Although “Kasak” fail critically. Meera still kept working in Bollywood. Her third film “Paanch Ghantay meh Paanch Crore” was an average grosser at the box office.
The film was not screened for press and critics as the director Faisal Saif want to show the film directly to audience. The film manage a decent opening of 50% with its limited cinema release. However, “The times of India” listed the film in Bollywood Top 10 Bold Films category of 2012.
In 2015, she performed an item song in another Indian film “Dumper drop”.
Meera won her first “Nigara Award” acting in “Khilona”. In 1990s she became an integral part of Lollywood. She also won “pride of preformance award” from goverment of Pakistan.
Meera Challenge by Instagram User
Famous for her pink English, actress Meera shared an Instagram post. Her Instagram advocate Noman Ijaz. He wrote: “I like to be friends with loon. No one even an intelligent person helps in trouble”.
Meera like Noman instagram post so much. She put his post on her instagram and wrote in caption “I agree”. The instagram user at that time comment on the post and challenged Meera for translating the whole stanza in english.
Although it’s not a big challenger for our Miss Pinky. She would definetly accept the challenge. And would translate it soon. Waiting for the reply of Meera.
