Mehwish Hayat & Humayun Saeed are currently promoting their upcoming film London Nahi Jaunga. Which will be releasing on Eid Ul Azha, for which they appeared in morning show Good Morning Pakistan.
In the show, both the actors told the secrets of their fitness and revealed their diet plans.
Talking about the diet plan, Humayun Saeed said, “I do diet in last ten days before the shooting of my new project starts, otherwise I eat good in routine, I eat a lot and then I suddenly quit eating, when you eat a lot and leave eating, it gives great results”
Mehwish Hayat said, “I skip wheat, sugar and rice and rely on proteins and it helps me a lot in reducing weight”. Humayun Saeed said that leaving wheat, rice and sugar and doing a lot of jogging helps a lot.
He further said that more than diet, Jogging and drinking a lot of water help, he also said that oily food should not be eaten on daily basis.
