Mohammad Haris is likely to be appointed as the new vice-captain of Pakistan’s T20 team in place of Shadab Khan.

Shadab Khan, the regular vice-captain of the national T20 team, is currently dealing with a shoulder injury. Because of this injury, doctors have advised him to undergo surgery. After the surgery, he is expected to be out of action for around three months and may also miss the Asia Cup.

In Shadab’s absence, Mohammad Haris is being considered as the new vice-captain for the T20 format.

It is also expected that the Pakistan T20 squad for the upcoming tour of Bangladesh will be announced soon. Sufiyan Muqeem is likely to replace Shadab Khan in the team, which will be led by Salman Ali Agha.
