Famous singer, Shakeel Sohail has passed away


Leading singer of Pakistan music industry Shakeel Sohail has died of a heart attack.

Shakeel Sohail, who wrote several songs for Atif Aslam and other famous singers, has died of a heart attack, according to his nephew Shalom Sarfraz.

On micro-blogging site Twitter, singer Shalom Sarfraz shared a memorable photo of his uncle Shakeel with Atif Aslam.

Sharing the photo on Twitter, Shalom Sarfraz informed Shakeel Sohail’s fans about his death and wrote, “My uncle has died of a sudden heart attack.”

Shalom Sarfraz has termed the death of Shakeel as a great loss to the Pakistani music industry.

The leading actress of Pakistan film and TV industry Mahira Khan has also expressed deep sorrow over the demise of the singer.

Remember that Shakeel Sohail has written songs for many emerging new singers and he has written songs for dramas as well as movies.

Shakeel Sohail also wrote the famous song ‘Misunderstanding’ from Mahira Khan’s film ‘Superstar’. And the song ‘Tham Lo’ from the film ‘Parvaaz Hai Junoon’.

Apart from this, Shakeel Sohail has also written special songs for the advertisements of many companies. The listeners love the songs written by him.
