The day when Pakistan witnessed end of Ara’s era
KARACHI: On Friday, one of the most celebrated names of Pakistan film industry Shamim Ara left us after a prolonged illness, but the void left by her death is not sudden.
The superstar from the golden years of our local film industry had been in coma for almost more than five years following a brain surgery.
She passed away in a local hospital in Southampton, England today where she was getting treatment since 2010.
With flawless beauty and timeless elegance combined with her extraordinary acting skills gave Pakistan one of the finest actors it ever produced.
