The Sessions Court Lahore has granted interim bail to TikTokers Rajab Butt and Nadeem Mubarak in the gambling app promotion case.
Famous TikTokers Rajab Butt and Nadeem Naniwala appeared in the Lahore Sessions Court for interim bail.
Additional Sessions Judge Mansoor Ahmed Qureshi heard the interim bail application filed in the gambling app case. Rajab Butt’s lawyer Mian Ali Ashfaq appeared in the court during the hearing.
The court ordered both the accused to be interrogated while restraining Rajab Butt and Nadeem Naniwala from being arrested till January 6.
The court was informed that Rajab Butt had already obtained bail from the Islamabad High Court, on which the High Court had directed him to appear in the Sessions Court.
After hearing the arguments, the court granted interim bail to Rajab Butt and Nadeem Naniwala and extended it till January 6.
Further hearing of the case will be held on the scheduled date.
Rajab Butt and Nadeem Naniwala have filed bail applications through Barrister Mian Ali Ashfaq. Rajab Butt has filed bail in one case while Nadeem Naniwala has filed bail in two cases of the NCIA.
The NCIA has registered the case.
