Netflix’s popular series ‘Stranger Things’ is nearing its end, and now its executive producer Sean Levy has given interesting hints to fans about the finale.
In an interview with the global magazine PEOPLE, 57-year-old filmmaker Sean Levy said that the end of the series will give viewers two big things. According to him, one, the finale will be so strong and impressive that the audience will be satisfied, and second, the final decision of the love triangle that has been going on for years will also be revealed.
Sean Levy said that the ongoing conflict between Nancy Weller (Natalia Dyer), Steve Harrington (Joe Carrey) and Jonathan Byers (Charlie Heaton) will finally come to an end. In his words,
“This will be one of the best TV finales I’ve ever seen, and the conflict between ‘Jancy’ and ‘Stancy’ will also be fully resolved.”
According to the producer, the real reason for the extraordinary success of ‘Stranger Things’ is not just the 80s atmosphere, scary creatures or music, but the combination of a wonderful cinematic story and the personal, emotional struggles of the characters. He said that this combination of big and small emotions is the real magic of this series.
At the end of the interview, Sean Levy described the shooting of the final season as an emotional journey. He said that for the entire team, this experience was a mixed feeling of joy and sadness, because everyone knew that this special journey was coming to an end.
According to Sean Levy, “We knew that these relationships would last forever, but it was also the fact that the story was coming to an end. That’s why the teary-eyed feeling with the smile stayed with us all year long.
It should be noted that ‘Stranger Things’ Season 5, Volume 2 will be released on December 25, while the final episode of the series will air on December 31, New Year’s Eve.
