Pakistani actress and model Merub Ali has shared some pictures of herself enjoying work after her engagement with singer Asim Azhar ended.
Before entering the showbiz industry as an actress, Merub started modeling for different Pakistani brands. This made her face quite familiar. Then in 2018, she made her acting debut in the music video of Sajjad Ali’s song Lagaya Dil.
In 2021, Merub appeared in the drama Sinf-e-Aahan. In 2022, she was seen acting in the Ramadan special drama Paristan.
Later in 2022, Merub got engaged to Asim Azhar. Both of them announced the engagement on March 20 by posting photos on Instagram.
Although they had plans to get married, on June 12, Asim Azhar announced that the engagement had ended. He called it a mutual decision.
This announcement was shared only on Asim’s Instagram account. Merub stayed silent at first, but later she posted a story on Instagram revealing that her grandmother had passed away a few days ago.
Now, instead of talking about the breakup, Merub has shared behind-the-scenes pictures from a recent shoot.
In these pictures, Merub looks very different because of her makeup and hairstyle.
In the same post, Merub Ali was seen in a video singing and dancing to the English song ‘APT’ inside a makeup room.
Actor Khushhal Khan was also part of this shoot, and Merub shared a picture with him too.
In the comment section of her post, fans were saying that Merub looks happy after the breakup with Asim.
One user wrote that the girl seems totally unaffected and is trying to show Asim that she is very happy. Many social media users also called the glow on her face the post-breakup glow.
