The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced that Azhar Mahmood will be the acting head coach of the Pakistan men’s Test (red-ball) team. He will continue in this role until his current contract ends.
Azhar Mahmood is a well-known figure in Pakistan cricket. He has already worked as the assistant coach of the national team and has been part of the team’s planning and coaching for a long time.
