Raaja Rani is Hum TV’s latest drama series, starring Faysal Quraishi, Hina Afridi, Arez Ahmed, Javed Sheikh, Salma Zafar Asim, and others. The play was directed by Amin Iqbal and produced by BJ Productions and Momina Duraid. Sana Zafar wrote the drama’s story, which revolves around an adult man who suffers from mental health issues and lacks emotional or social maturity. Faysal Quraishi plays the major lead.

Raaja Rani fans dislike Faysal Quraishi’s performance as a mentally impaired individual. They also claim that the character does not suit him due to his age and maturity level. Here are a few glances from the drama’s episode 1:

Fans don’t like Faysal Quraishi’s performance in Raaja Rani. They say the character is inappropriate for his age and should have been given to Imran Ashraf, who properly played Bhola. One admirer commented, “Now, every actor aspires to play similar characters to get popularity as Imran Ashraf. By the way, he’s already my favorite actor.” A different review stated, “They should have cast someone else to play the younger version of the character, and Faysal for the older age.”

A viewer said, “I thought they were husband and wife, and then he called her aunty—really? “What’s wrong with casting these days?” Another fan wrote, “Have they gone insane?” They’ve cast an older actor to play a child.” One commenter also stated that Faysal Quraishi appears too old owing to excessive foundation.
