Hania Aamir’s film Sardar Ji 3 is close to reaching the milestone of 50 crore
Pakistani actress Hania Aamir and Indian Punjabi cinema superstar Diljit Dosanjh’s film Sardar Ji 3 is doing great at the overseas box office and is moving fast toward success.
According to reports, the film earned 33.6 crore rupees in just one week after its release. Now it is only 16.4 crore rupees away from reaching the big milestone of 50 crore.
Due to the tension between India and Pakistan after the Pahalgam incident, the film was not released in India. The reason for this ban was the casting of Pakistani actress Hania Aamir. However, the ban did not stop the film’s success. Sardar Ji 3 received a great response from audiences in the US, Canada, the UK, Pakistan, and other countries. Even Indian-origin viewers appreciated the film a lot.
Film experts say that 33.6 crore rupees in one week is a very big number. The film did especially well in North America and is also running successfully in cinemas in Pakistan. Because of positive reviews and word of mouth, the film is expected to continue attracting viewers in the coming weeks.
For a Punjabi film, earning 50 crore rupees is considered a big achievement. Looking at the current speed, Sardar Ji 3 is expected to cross that mark soon. Reports say the film was made on a 35 crore rupees budget, and its overseas success has already made it profitable. Experts believe that if the film had been released in India, it could have earned up to 100 crore rupees worldwide.
Sardar Ji 3 is directed by Amar Hundal and produced by Gunbir Singh Sidhu, Manmord Sidhu, and Diljit Dosanjh. The story is written by Dheeraj Rattan and Manilla Rattan. The film was released in theaters on 27 June 2025. Along with Diljit Dosanjh, Neeru Bajwa, Jasmin Bajwa, and Hania Aamir played important roles.
Sardar Ji 3 is turning out to be a big success in Diljit Dosanjh’s career. It also proves once again that if a film has good content and acting, it can succeed across borders.
