Imran Khan had offered Hamza Ali Abbasi the position of Cultural Advisor
Famous Pakistani actor and model Hamza Ali Abbasi said that politics is not his career, and he also refused the offer to become Cultural Advisor.
In a podcast, Hamza talked in detail about his career, personal life, youth issues, and national politics. He said that he never wanted to adopt politics as a profession. He only joined a movement.
He shared that former Prime Minister Imran Khan offered him the position of Cultural Advisor, but he politely refused and made it clear that he does not plan to take any active role in politics in the future.
During the interview, Hamza was asked about music in Islam. He said that not all music or musical instruments are forbidden in Islam. Some specific instruments or styles might be questioned, but in general, music is not completely banned.
Talking about family vlogging, he said that if it is done within Islamic values, then there is no harm in it.
Speaking about mental health in youth, Hamza said that it is wrong to think depression is only a spiritual issue. It can also be a medical condition caused by hormonal imbalance. In such cases, it is important to consult a doctor and there should be no shame or hesitation in doing so.
While sharing his views on the political situation, Hamza said that those who went to jail and those who sent others to jail should now step back and act with understanding.
He added that although the current situation in the country is somewhat better, it can still get worse if unity and a collective strategy are not adopted. To keep the country on the path of progress, all sections of society must work together.
