Famous journalist, analyst, and TV host Sohail Warraich has clearly said that he is not upset or hurt by actress and host Fiza Ali’s comments.
On Eid-ul-Adha, Fiza Ali made a joke on a TV show saying that if Sohail Warraich were not a journalist, he would be cleaning washrooms in a foreign restaurant, as he has done interviews in several ladies’ washrooms. Even though Fiza Ali later apologized, she still faced criticism on social media for her comment.
However, in a recent interview, Sohail Warraich responded calmly and said that he accepts different opinions with an open heart and he has no issue with what Fiza said.
He also mentioned that he enjoys the memes made about him and appreciates the effort of those who imitate him. He happily praised the videos by actress Saba Qamar in which she copied his style.
Sohail Warraich also talked about his old friendship with Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, but said that since Mohsin Naqvi is now in a high government position, their communication has become less frequent.
In the end, Sohail Warraich said that if he gets the chance, he will not only apologize to Fiza Ali but also interview her to show his respect and kindness toward her.
